The Cayman Islands flag contains a field of blue with the union flag on the canton facing the coat of arms of the Cayman Islands.  The flag was originally adopted on May 14, 1958 but on January 25, 1999 a white disc around the coat of arms was removed and the coat of arms was made bigger.  The flag before 1999 is still used sometimes in some official occasions.
